In which languages do you provide assistance?

In what language will my lab results be delivered?
All laboratory reports and ultrasound readings are issued exclusively in Spanish. If you need assistance understanding your diagnostic reports, our in-house medical doctor can review and explain your results in English or German during a scheduled consultation.
Do you provide digital results?
Yes, we offer fast digital delivery. As soon as your diagnostic tests are processed and verified, we will send the results directly to you via WhatsApp or email. If you prefer, a physical printed copy is also available for pickup at our facility.
Do I need an appointment for lab tests and ultrasounds?
While walk-ins are accepted for certain routine blood tests, we highly recommend contacting us via WhatsApp prior to your visit. Many clinical tests require specific preparation, which we will confirm with you beforehand. Please note that all diagnostic ultrasounds and visits requiring English or German support require an advance appointment.
How long does it take to get my laboratory results?
The turnaround time depends on the specific study. Most routine blood work and general exams are processed and available within 24 hours. Highly specialized diagnostics may require additional time. You will be notified as soon as your verified results are ready.
Are doctors available to discuss my test results?
Yes. While the laboratory focuses on diagnostic testing, we work in direct partnership with the physicians at “Clínica de Especialidades Médicas Álamos”, located in the same building (accessible via the clinic entrance). You can schedule a medical consultation with our in-house family physician, who provides multilingual support (English and German), to interpret your lab results and provide professional medical guidance.

Situated right in the heart of Benito Juárez, our facility is easily reachable from all major central residential and commercial districts. While we primarily serve our local community, patients visit us from across central Mexico City:
Benito Juárez (Local Area): Álamos, Postal, Narvarte, Del Valle and Nápoles.
Cuauhtémoc: Roma, Condesa, Hipódromo and Centro Histórico.
Coyoacán: Del Carmen and Churubusco.
Thanks to our central location near Xola and Tlalpan, we are well-connected for patients throughout the metropolitan area seeking multilingual diagnostics.
You can easily reach us via public transport, car, or on foot:
By Metro: Take Line 2 and get off at Xola station (heading towards Tasqueña). Walk down Calle de Toledo for 4 blocks until you reach the street Isabel la Católica. Turn left and walk 3 more blocks until you reach the intersection with Calle Correspondencia.
By Metrobús: Get off at Xola station (Line 2). Walk two blocks toward the Álamos Metrobús station, turn left onto the street Isabel la Católica, and walk two blocks until you reach the intersection with Calle Correspondencia.
By Car: While we do not have a private parking lot, street parking is generally available in the surrounding neighborhood, either along the street Isabel la Católica or Calle Correspondencia.
